Donation Request Form – Each year, the Wayland Business Association reviews the list of local organizations to which it makes donations from the proceeds of its fundraising efforts and other activities. We are glad to hear from ANY local group in need whether an annual or one-time situation. Please download the WBA 'Request for Donation' Form and submit it as directed.
