Sunrise of Wayland is located at 285 Commonwealth Road (Route 30). Our beautiful Victorian mansion accommodates 70 residents - 50 in traditional assisted living and 20 in the Reminiscence Community for memory impairment.  We provide our residents with 3 meals a day, laundry and housekeeping services, and a full compliment of activities.  Most importantly we offer the widest continuum of personal care on an as needed basis.  Our dog and cat often sit by the fireplace welcoming guests and enjoying the attention they receive from all who pass by.
